Delete account

This page explains how to delete your game account for Schleimchen (publisher: Moritz Lintterer) and the associated data.

Your account

Your save game and settings live on your device. For online features (cloud save, guilds, PvP arena, events, reports and messages) the game creates an online account automatically. It is linked only to the app on your device and contains neither your name nor an email address; the only thing other players see is the slime name you choose yourself.

Delete in the game

1. Open the settings (gear icon at the top right).
2. Tap “Delete account”.
3. Confirm with “Next” and then with “Delete for good”.

The account is deleted on the server right away. Schleimchen then starts over with a new save, on your device as well. Without a connection to the server nothing is deleted; the game tells you so and you can try again later.

Delete on the website

If you no longer have the app or cannot open it, delete your account here with your deletion code. The game shows the code under Settings › “Deletion code for the website” and copies it for you. Write it down before you uninstall the app and do not share it: anyone who knows the code can delete the account.

The account is deleted right away, just like in the game. Without the deletion code we cannot match the account to you, because it holds no contact details. If you have questions, write to support@schleimchen.de.

Data on your device

To delete the data on your device, uninstall the app or clear its data (Android: Settings › Apps › Schleimchen › Storage › Clear data; iOS: delete the app). This does not delete the online account.

What is deleted

• Online account with player ID and device login
• Deletion code for the website
• Cloud save
• Guild membership, your messages in the guild chat and your contributions to the guild boss. If you lead a guild, the highest-ranking other member takes over; if you are its only member, the guild is deleted.
• PvP profile with rating and history, and your arena loadout
• Reports you sent (bugs, feedback, reported chat messages)
• Event progress, reward claims and your participation in the world boss
• Confirmations of watched reward ads and push tokens
• Save game, messages and unsent reports on your device

The deletion is final and cannot be undone. Server logs and backups are overwritten after 14 days at the latest.

What is kept

• Settings on your device (language, sound, animations) and the support ID. They belong to the device, not to the account.
• If someone reported one of your chat messages, that report and the message text are kept for moderation.
• Other players’ PvP history still shows the slime name from battles against you.
• We delete support emails once your request is resolved and no retention obligation applies.
• Proof of purchase (transaction ID, product, date, price), where a statutory retention obligation applies, for up to 10 years, separate from the game and without the save game.
• Your purchases themselves remain tied to your store account at Google or Apple. Deleting the game account does not refund purchases; refunds go through the store (see Support).
• You manage data that Google processes for advertising in your device settings (reset or delete the advertising ID) and in your Google account.
