Schleimchen

Support

Stuck or found a bug? The quickest way is in the game: Settings (gear at the top right) › “Give feedback”. The email then already contains the app version, support ID and device. You can also write directly to support@schleimchen.de or use the contact form below. It helps to include your device and operating system, the app version and support ID (both shown in the settings; “Copy support ID” puts the ID on the clipboard) and a screenshot. Replies usually arrive within a few days, in German, English or Japanese.

Schleimchen is still in development. Numbers on this page reflect the current state and may change before release.

Runs

What is a run?

Every battle costs one run, including first victories and defeats. You get a new run every 30 minutes and can store up to 10. The Dungeon tab shows your stock and when the next run arrives, e.g. “RUNS 7/10 · next in 12:34”.

I'm out of runs. What now?

Wait until a new run arrives; the start button shows the countdown. Time keeps running while the game is closed. Meanwhile you can rework your build: skill tree, equipment, class jewels and class levels cost no runs. On floors you have already beaten you can also use Auto-runs.

Do I lose a run if the game closes mid-battle?

No. A battle that has started is fought to the end with the build from the start of the battle the next time you open the game, and booked normally. The run counts for that battle and you get the reward.

Does changing the device clock help?

No. The game remembers the latest time it has seen; turning the clock back gives no extra runs. With game accounts, the server will later use its own time.

Auto-run

What is Auto-run?

Auto-run farms a floor automatically that you have already beaten yourself. New floors and bosses are always played by hand. Auto-runs are a separate stock and do not cost normal runs. An Auto-run starts with all Auto-runs currently stored and fights without interruption using auto-skills.

Pro and Premium are planned as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They cannot be bought in the game yet; until then everyone plays with Basic.

When does an Auto-run end?

When all Auto-runs are used up, after a defeat (so no further Auto-runs are lost) or when you tap “Stop”; the current battle is then played to the end.

Why do I see ads?

The only required ad is one when an Auto-run starts in the free Basic tier, not before every battle. You only see other ads when you tap them yourself for a reward: new jewels or new snacks from the merchant, an extra run when your run supply is empty, or double loot after a victory (both with a daily limit). Pro and Premium are meant to start Auto-runs without ads later. You can change your ad settings in the game under “Change ad consent” (see Privacy).

Auto-run won't start.

Check that the selected floor has been beaten (otherwise the button says “win first”) and that you have Auto-runs stored (otherwise the button shows the countdown). Auto-run with an ad needs an internet connection.

Rewarded ads

Which ads can I watch voluntarily?

You only see rewarded ads when you tap them yourself. Each has a daily limit:

ButtonRewardper day
“+1 run for an ad”one extra run, only when your run supply is empty3
“Double loot · ad”the gold and moss shards of your last dungeon victory once more3
Jewel merchantthree new offers1
Snack merchantnew snacks1

The daily limits reset every day at 0:00 UTC. The button shows how many are left today.

I watched the ad but didn't get a reward.

You only get the reward when the ad plays to the end. If you close it early or the connection drops, you get nothing, but the daily limit isn't used up either; just try again. If the game says “No ad is available right now”, the ad network has nothing to show at the moment; waiting a few minutes or switching networks usually helps. “Double loot” only works right after the victory, before you start the next battle. If a reward is still missing, write to us with your support ID and the approximate time.

Can I turn ads off completely?

The only required ad is the one when an Auto-run starts in the Basic tier. You only see all others when you tap them. Pro and Premium are meant to start Auto-runs without ads later as one-time purchases. Whether ads may be personalised is your choice on first launch and at any time under Settings › “Change ad consent” (on iOS also in the device settings under “Tracking”).

Restoring purchases Planned

Pro and Premium cannot be bought in the game yet. The answers below apply from the update that introduces purchases.

I bought Pro or Premium but it isn't active.

Open the game's settings and tap “Restore purchases”. You need to be signed in with the same Google or Apple account you bought with, and you need an internet connection. If that doesn't help, send us the order number from your purchase confirmation (Google: “GPA.…”, Apple: order ID from the receipt email).

Do I fall back to Basic without internet?

No. Offline, the last confirmed tier stays active. A brief fallback to Basic does not make stored Auto-runs expire.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds go through the store you bought from: on Google Play via the refund request, on Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. After a refund, the tier is reset.

Changing devices

How do I move my progress to a new device?

Without linking, your save game lives only on your device and cannot be transferred. With “Link account” in the settings you link your game account with Google (on Android) or Apple (on iOS); your progress is then backed up on the server as a cloud save. On the new device (or after reinstalling) you sign in with the same Google or Apple account and bring your save game back. Link your account before changing devices. You cannot move your save game between Android and iOS, because Android offers only Google and iOS only Apple.

The game asks “Which save do you want to keep?”

This happens when there has been play both on this device and in the cloud since the last sync, for example on two devices with the same account, or after reinstalling when you have already played a few battles again. The dialog shows both saves side by side (saved at, slime name, highest floor, victories, class levels, gold, moss shards). “This device” keeps the save on the device and overwrites the cloud; “Cloud save” loads the save from the cloud and overwrites the device. The other save is gone afterwards, so take your time; usually the one with the higher floor is the right one. If you close the dialog without choosing, cloud save pauses until the next start and the game asks again.

My save game is gone.

If you linked your account, sign in again on the device under Settings › “Link account” with the same Google or Apple account; Schleimchen brings back the cloud save. Without linking, the save only lives on the device: after deleting the app or its data it unfortunately cannot be restored. If the game says the cloud save comes from a newer version, update the app in the store. In all other cases, write to us with your support ID, your device and when you last played.

What happens to my purchases on a new device?

Purchases are tied to your Google or Apple account. Sign in to the same store account on the new device and tap “Restore purchases” in the game. Whether purchases carry over between Android and iOS has not been decided yet.

Deleting your account

I want to delete my account and data.

In the game: Settings › “Delete account”, then confirm twice. The online account is deleted immediately, with its cloud save, guild membership, PvP profile, reports and event progress, and Schleimchen starts with a new save game. If you no longer have the app, use the Delete account page with the deletion code you noted earlier under Settings › “Deletion code for the website”.

I have no deletion code and no longer have the app.

The account contains no name and no email address, so without the code we cannot safely tell that it is yours. Reinstall the app: if your account is linked with Google or Apple, sign in again via “Link account” and then delete it in the settings. Without linking, the old device account can no longer be reached; it then holds only the save game and no personal details.

Are my purchases refunded when I delete the account?

No. Purchases stay tied to your Google or Apple account; refunds only go through the store (see “Restoring purchases”).

Reporting bugs

How do I report a bug?

Settings › “Give feedback” opens an email that already contains the app version, support ID and device; describe below what happened and what you expected. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot. If no email app opens, you land on this page; version and support ID are then on the clipboard and can be pasted into an email to support@schleimchen.de.

What is the support ID?

A random ID in the format ABCD-EFGH-JKLM-NPQR that belongs only to your device, not to your save game and not to your name. It helps us match your report with possible server entries. You find it in the settings; “Copy support ID” puts it on the clipboard. Unlike the deletion code it is not a secret; never give the deletion code to support.
